Gone are the days when offices layouts are rigidly arranged in cubicle system enclosed with plain white walls, where the only chance to interact with your co-workers is during short breaks to the bathrooms or water fountains!  Tokopedia is following the footsteps of corporate giants like Google and Facebook who have proved the creative modern office concept to be successful.  As a soon-to-be Nakama, we can count ourselves lucky to be working for Tokopedia who places such high priority on providing work environment that stimulates creative thinking and inspires innovative breakthrough.

Unconventional  Office Furnitures

In Tokopedia, we bid our farewell to the old school library-esque desks and chairs! We believe that if Nakama enjoy their workplace, they will be more motivated to embrace whatever tasks ahead of them.

Fully stocked pantry, equipped with coffee machines and light bites that sure will pamper all Nakama. The perfect place to unwind or, if you re feeling ambitious, these break areas can be the sweet spots to brainstorm ideas for Tokopedia!

Don’t underestimate the power of greens in the office space, be it real plant or fake plant! Here in Tokopedia basecamp, we've got plenty!

To add some kicks and punchs, Tokopedia incorporates some twists into its interior design. Like the icing to a cake, we have rooms filled with beanbags, green grasses leading its way to even more surprises!

By breaking down the physical walls, interactions and communication amongst  Nakama is naturally encouraged. Furthermore, office hierarchy are slowly knocked down,  as all Nakama can approach any other Nakama more freely without the need to mutter up enough courage to be knocking on doors. Last but not least, as a tech company who needs to keep on delivering innovative products, Tokopedia  has chosen the right work space that that let's creative minds and risk takers thrive!
